Shengteng Technology was established in 2011, Month 4, located in the Renqiu Petrochemical Concentration Zone, Hebei Province. With a paid-in capital of 10.5 billion RMB and over 700 employees, the company operates 8 main production units and 12 auxiliary facilities. It has developed five product lines and a matrix of 19 products covering aromatics, olefins and polymers, fine chemicals, clean energy and gases, and electronic-grade chemicals.

The company has obtained ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 management system certifications, was recognized as a Provincial Green Factory in Hebei Province, and was named an Advanced Intelligent Factory in Hebei Province in 2026. Its wholly-owned subsidiary, "Hebei Dongfang Tongxin Chemical Co., Ltd.", holds hazardous chemical transportation qualifications and operates its own fleet, enabling integrated production and delivery.

The company holds its own export qualifications and customs clearance capabilities. Key export products include mixed xylene isomers, petroleum toluene, petroleum benzene, maleic anhydride (solid), and polystyrene. Our products are exported to multiple countries across the Asia-Pacific region.
